  Varieties: Cobrançosa, Arbosana, among others.
  Palate: Fresh, slightly bitter and spicy with a nutty finish.
  Service: The use of extra virgin olive oil does not require preparation or treatment It can be tasted natural in salads and appetizers or cooked seasoning the food.
