Here are our Origins!

This selection is composed of:

• 1 bottle of Redondo DOC
  Varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Castelão, among others.
  Palate: Rich and complex with a very elegant acidity. Aromas of red fruits, spices and hints of balsam.
  Matches With: Full flavoured and roasted red meats, game and pork.
  
  
• 1 bottle of Herdade São Miguel Tinto 2019
  Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, among others.
  Palate: Well-balanced, round, rich taste of fruits and spices, nice structure of smooth tannins.
  Matches With: Mediterranean food in general, pasta, lamb, poultry and soft cheeses.
  
  
• 1 bottle of ART.TERRA Amphora Tinto 2018
  Varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Moreto, among others.
  Palate: Great texture, fine tannins, soft and pleasant.
  Matches With: Mediterranean food, soft cheese and tradicional Alentejo sausages.
  
  
• 1 bottle of Herdade da Pimenta 2019
  Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon, Trincadeira, among others.
  Palate: Well-balanced, round, rich taste of wild berries and spices, nice structure of tannins.
  Matches With: Mediterranean food in general, pasta, lamb, poultry and soft cheeses.
